We’ve all been there…
Coming down off the high of learning something you KNOW will help grow your business; time management techniques or a new and cool way to attract more customers.
For the first time in months you have hopes of creating THE PERFECT solution for the problems you face in your business.
Well, the truth is… There is no perfect solution the first time around. That’s the bad news.
The good news is… There IS a perfect solution AND you can find it, it just takes time and effort.
Step #1 – Take Action Now
Take what you just learned and implement it immediately. We are all guilty of letting the plan fall by the wayside after the excitement wears off. Don’t let that stop you from finding your perfect solution, take the knowledge you have and turn it into action.
Step #2 – Analyze
Congratulations for making it to step 2. You’re ahead of 90% of your competition.
After you’ve turned your knowledge into action, let your current solution run for a few weeks and then analyze the data from the change you made. Is it improving your system? If not, you need to make a change!
When was the last time you took a moment to analyze the results of a system you have put in place in your business? We are all so busy creating stuff that we don’t have the time to go back and check the performance of a solution we have implemented. Take some time to analyze the performance, you won’t regret it.
Step #3 – Optimize
After you’ve analyzed the performance of the change you made, it’s time to optimize the system for better performance. This is the second most neglected step, most people don’t even complete step #1.
The question I get the most is, “What do I analyze and how do I optimize?”
You’ve already got some kind of system in place. We all do. How will you analyze or optimize the system to make it the perfect solution for your business?
If you already know the answer to that question, reply and let me know. I’d love to hear from you.
If you’re asking the question “What do I analyze and how do I optimize?” then let me help you. Simply contact me and I will be happy to help.
Thank you for spending a small amount of time with me today. I look forward to providing you with as much value as I can.
